WATCH: ‘The 100’ Season 4 Episode 7 Video Preview

Here is a sneak peek at Season 4 Episode 7 of The 100: “Gimme Shelter.” The episode looks like it’s going to be very intense, with Abby having some very difficult decisions to make. This week, during Episode 6, Roan, Clarke and Bellamy faced pretty huge odds to get the hydrazine to Abby’s lab. But it wasn’t enough: one barrel was lost along the way. Now Raven’s not sure how she can make the trip successfully, and she’s losing her mind in the process, thanks to the “Becca” that’s leaking into her mind.

Here’s what’s being said during the trailer for next week:

Kaine: The black rain’s here. It kills. We need a solution.

Abby: There may be a solution.

Clarke: Exposing someone to radiation. Who do we test?

Abby: If I take a life to find a cure, does that make me a murderer?

Who will they choose for this test? Here’s the synopsis for the episode:

THINGS TAKE A TURN FOR THE WORSE – Clarke’s (Eliza Taylor) arrival on the island quickly takes a turn for the worse. Meanwhile, Bellamy (Bob Morley) tries to avoid further tragedy in Arkadia. Paige Turco, Marie Avgeropoulos, Devon Bostick, Lindsey Morgan, Christopher Larkin, Richard Harmon, Zach McGowan, Isaiah Washington and Henry Ian Cusick also star. Tim Scanlan directed the episode written by Terri Hughes Burton & Ron Milbauer (#407). Original airdate 3/22/2017.

So it looks like this episode is going to focus a lot on Abby, who was mysteriously missing this week from all the scenes in Becca’s lab. We’ll also see more of Clarke, and it looks like we might also see Bellamy continue down his path in seeking redemption. One blogger who’s a huge fan of Bellamy and The 100 wrote about Bellamy’s redemption arc in-depth in this article.

If additional trailers or previews are released for next week’s episode, we’ll post them here.

‘Riverdale’: Why Isn’t a New Episode on Tonight?

(Photo: Dean Buscher/The CW)

The CW is putting new episodes of Riverdale on the shelf for the next few weeks. This week, instead of airing a new episode of the series, The CW repeated its March 10 schedule. The Vampire Diaries series finale and retrospective show will aired on March 18. The next new episode of Riverdale, “Chapter Eight: The Outsiders,” doesn’t air until Thursday, March 30 at 9 p.m. ET. Read on for a preview of the episode.

During “Chapter Seven: In A Lonely Place,” the show finally focused on Jughead’s family as we learned about the rift between Archie’s father and his. Archie’s dad Fred re-hired Jughead’s dad FP, without knowing that FP is also a member of the Serpent biker gang.

Meanwhile, the Blossom/Cooper rift went deeper now that everyone seems to know that Betty’s sister Polly is pregnant with the late Jason Blossom’s baby. Veronica also played a game with her mother, who forged her signature to make sure Archie’s dad got the construction contract she needed.

In “Chapter Eight: The Outsiders,” everyone will learn that FP is a member of the Serpents, which makes Jughead nervous about how everyone will react. Fred also loses his crew just as construction is about to begin, so good old Archiekins tries to get his friends to help. Veronica and Betty also hatch a plan to throw Polly a baby shower.

‘Supergirl’ Preview: What Time & Channel Is ‘Star-Crossed’ on Tonight?

(Photo: Dean Buscher/The CW)

After a brief one-week vacation, Supergirl is back in action. But her happy life with Mon-El is threatened by the appearance of his parents and a new villain called The Music Meister. “Star-Crossed,” the first part of a two-part musical crossover with The Flash, airs on Monday, March 20 at 8 p.m. ET. Read on for a preview of the new episode and to see the trailer.

At the end of “Exodus,” it was revealed that the two hooded aliens who have been inching closer to earth ever since Mon-El arrived are his parents, played by Teri Hatcher and Kevin Sorbo. Mon-El has been convinced that he was the last-surviving Daxamite, but that’s clearly not the case. If there’s more than one Kryptonian out there, there can always be more than one Daxamite.

Kara has more problems than just Mon-El’s parents showing up. The Music Meister, played by guest star Darren Criss, shows up to really burst her bubble. He hurts her so much that J’onn and Mon-El decide to take her to Barry Allen’s earth. This leads into “Duet,” the March 21 episode of The Flash.

(Photo: Jack Rowand/The CW)

The Flash will pick up the baton from Supergirl after the dramatic ending to “Star-Crossed” on Monday. Now, it’s up to the Flash and his friends to help Kara’s friends save her from the evil Music Meister. The special musical episode of The Flash, titled “Duet,” airs on Tuesday, March 21 at 8 p.m. ET. Read on for a preview of the episode.

At the end of “Star-Crossed,” the DEO in Supergirl’s dimension captured Music Meister (guest star Darren Criss). But he only let himself get captured so he could put Supergirl into a trance and steal tech so he could jump to Barry’s dimension.

Once there, Music Meister puts Barry and Supergirl in a dream landscape, where they have to sing their way out of this mess. Unfortunately, if they get killed in their dream, they also get killed in the real world! Other members of the Flash and Supergirl casts appear in the dream as new characters.

WATCH: ‘The 100’ Season 4 Episode 8 Video Preview

Here is a sneak peek at Season 4 Episode 8 of The 100: “God Complex,” airing March 29. The episode looks like it’s going to be very intense, as we wait to find out if Abby’s experiment is a success. This week, during Episode 7, we saw that Emori is willing to do whatever it takes to survive, and Murphy is supporting her every step of the way. Clarke had a brief but much-needed break where she was able to pretend to be back in society again, where she’s not always fighting for her life. Abby started down the road of trying to find a new cure for the radiation headed their way. Octavia had a strange relationship start, and Bellamy was beat down by life all over again.

Here’s what was said during the trailer for next week.

Clarke: The death wave will be here in 10 days. This really is our only hope. … What if it doesn’t work?

Unknown Male: We’re meant to rise from the ashes.

Abby: The only thing that we know for sure, is that if we do nothing, we die.

Here’s the synopsis for the episode:

Clarke and Abby consider how far they are willing to go; Jaha discovers a lead to the mysterious Second Dawn.

It’s unclear how the Second Dawn plays out, since I thought they were out of commission every since how terribly the hunt for their bunker turned out. But apparently, that storyline’s not over yet.

If additional trailers or previews are released for next week’s episode, we’ll post them here.

‘Supergirl’ Preview: What Time & Channel Is ‘Distant Sun’ on Tonight?

(Photo: Robert Falconer/The CW)

The new episode of The CW’s Supergirl not only brings back Lynda Carter, but also director Kevin Smith! In the new episode, “Distant Sun,” Kara finds herself the target of bounty hunters and President Olivia Marsdin gives J’onn a really strange order. Read on for a preview of the episode and to see the trailer.

The last time we saw Kara was actually on The Flash episode “Duet,” as Mon-El and J’onn took her to Barry Allen’s dimension to save her from a coma Music Meister put her in. But Music Meister also put Barry in a coma, and the two superheroes had to play their part in a musical fantasy. It ended with the two romantic couples in each show getting back together.

For Supergirl, it was an important episode, since we saw Mon-El apologize for not telling Kara all the details about his life. You know, like the fact that he was really the Prince of Daxam and a lazy guy who only cared about himself.

In “Distant Sun,” it looks like Mon-El’s mom Rhea (Teri Hatcher) is still hanging around earth, as his parents try to understand why he wants to stay instead of reclaiming his birthright. Meanwhile, there’s a bounty on Kara’s head and aliens from National City and the rest of the universe want to cash-in. This certainly would be a good time for her cousin to help out, but he’s probably too busy.

J’onn also has his own problem, after President Marsdin gives him a strange order. Remember, the last time we saw the President, it was revealed that she was really an alien.

Maggie and Alex’s relationship will also face a test when Alex meets Emily, Magge’s ex-girlfriend. Haley Sales (Heartbeat, Cedar Cove) plays Emily.

Last but not least, “Distant Sun” was also directed by Kevin Smith. He previously directed the excellent episode “Supergirl Lives,” which aired in January. He also helmed two episodes of The Flash last year.

‘Riverdale’ Preview: What Time & Channel is Episode 8 ‘The Outsiders’ On?

(Photo: Dean Buscher/The CW)

After two miserable weeks without The CW’s Riverdale, the series finally returns tonight. “Chapter Eight: The Outsiders” debuts on Thursday, March 30 at 9 p.m. ET on The CW. Read on for a preview of the explosive episode, that takes the Jason Blossom murder investigation on a new path. What’s going to happen now that we know Jason’s jacket is at the home of Jughead’s dad?

The new episode centers on FP Jones’ true identity as a member of the Southside Serpents gang. When Fred Andrews finally starts to build his dream project for the Lodges, his crew mysteriously quits on him. Then, when Archie and his buddies try to help his father, a gang sabotages their work. Everyone, including Archie, thinks the Serpents are to blame, but Jughead’s not so sure. And Jughead is also nervous about what would happen if everyone found out that his dad is a Serpent.

Meanwhile, the Blossom-Cooper rivalry heats up. Betty’s parents want Polly back, but they don’t want her baby, whose father is the murdered Jason Blossom. Cheryl’s parents want the baby, but not Polly. Veronica has the bright idea of having a baby shower, which is a recipe for disaster.

In the show, executive producer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa has drifted the story away from the traditional Betty-Veronica-Archie love triangle that has dominated Archie Comics since the 1940s. Betty is now in a relationship with Jughead! In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Aguirre-Sacasa said viwers have to be patient because the love triangle will come back eventually.

“That will always be at the heart of any Archie story,” Aguirre-Sacasa told the magazine. “It’s just finding the right way to play it at the right temperature so you don’t burn it out too fast. You invest in all the characters, and you want them all to be happy — to me, that’s when a love triangle’s at its best, when you want all of the couplings to exist.”

The title for chapter eight, “The Outsiders,” refers to the iconic novel by S.E. Hinton and the 1983 film by Francis Ford Coppola.
